For permits that apply to facilities you can search by permit number, business name, location city, and/or location state.
The North Carolina Board of Pharmacy provides this search engine to allow searches of pharmacist licensure information by a combination of social security number along with license number or last name. The licensure information is computer generated and subject to change as licensure status changes. This website is a primary source verification, as required by JCAHO, of licensure status for all pharmacist licenses issued in the state of North Carolina.
