The North Carolina Board of Pharmacy makes licensure data available for purchase under the Public Records Act.
The fee is $75.00 per file. All files are in Comma Separated Value (.csv) format.
Payment for data sets is by credit card only. The North Carolina Board of Pharmacy accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We do not accept checks.
Licensees and registrants are responsible for updating their names and contact information and thus, the accuracy of the data on record
cannot be guaranteed by the North Carolina Board of Pharmacy.
Purchaser understands and agrees that no part of the data will be resold, manipulated for resale, or used as a database for future sale,
nor will it be duplicated or disseminated in any way.
NCBOP data is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind as to completeness or accuracy. However, NCBOP will make reasonable efforts to
keep the data current and complete. In no event will NCBOP be liable for any damages, including any lost profits or other incidental or consequential
damages, arising out of purchaser's electronic access to, use, nonuse, misuse or interpretation of or inability to use NCBOP data even if NCBOP has been
advised of the possibility of such damages. All data purchases are final and no refunds will be given.
